- Individual Player Evaluations (Only for 7v7)
- All Necessary Training Equipment
- Player and Coach Registration which includes Player’s Insurance
- Fall & Spring League Fees
- Local & Out of Town Tournament Fees (Only for 7v7)
- Tulsa SC Intramural Futsal League Fees
- Coaches Travel Fees (Only for 7v7)
- Ref Fees (Only for 7v7 and excludes Futsal Ref Fees)
